Effective date: June 2026. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services of Go Freight Corp (“Go Freight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, creating an account, booking a shipment, or otherwise using our services, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Go Freight is an asset-based, BBB-accredited, TSA-approved bonded carrier and third-party logistics provider operating in Miami and throughout South Florida. We provide container drayage, less-than-truckload (LTL) and last-mile delivery, warehousing and fulfillment, and hazardous-materials (hazmat) transportation and handling. Services are provided subject to these Terms, our published rates, and applicable federal and state regulations.
2. Quotes and Rates
Quotes generated through our instant-quote tools or provided by our team are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of the request and are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically seven (7) days) unless otherwise noted. Quoted “all-in” prices include base rate and fuel surcharge where indicated, but do not include accessorial charges that arise from actual shipment conditions. Rates are subject to change if shipment details (weight, dimensions, pieces, location, commodity, or service requirements) differ from those provided, or if market conditions, fuel prices, or port/terminal fees change.
3. Accessorial and Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to: detention and demurrage, chassis usage and chassis split, pre-pull, yard/terminal storage, tri-axle or specialized chassis, overweight or excessive-weight permits, reefer/refrigerated surcharges, liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, bonded movement, hazmat handling, stop-offs, washout, and scaling. Free time, detention, and storage allowances are as stated on the applicable rate sheet or quote. Accessorials are billed in addition to base and fuel charges and may not appear on the initial estimate.
4. Booking, Accounts, and Customer Responsibilities
Customers may book shipments through their Go Freight account or with our team. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information, including commodity description, weight, dimensions, piece count, pickup and delivery locations, required dates, and any special handling, hazardous, bonded, or temperature requirements. You are responsible for proper packaging, labeling, and documentation, and for ensuring goods are ready and accessible at the agreed times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Payment Terms
Unless credit terms have been approved in writing, charges are due upon receipt of invoice. Payments are processed through PayCargo or other methods designated by Go Freight. Past-due balances may accrue interest and administrative or collection charges, and may result in suspension of services or a lien on goods in our possession to the extent permitted by law. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date.
6. Cargo Liability and Claims
For motor-carrier transportation, our liability for loss of or damage to cargo is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and applicable tariffs, subject to the limitations of liability stated herein or in the governing rate agreement. Claims for loss, damage, or shortage must be submitted in writing within nine (9) months of delivery (or expected delivery), and any lawsuit must be filed within two (2) years and one (1) day from the date we provide written disallowance of any part of the claim. Concealed damage must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery. We are not liable for ordinary wear, inherent vice, improper packaging by the Customer, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Except as required by the Carmack Amendment or other applicable law, Go Freight’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the amount of the freight charges for the affected shipment, unless a higher declared value has been agreed in writing and additional charges paid. In no event shall Go Freight be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Hazardous Materials
Hazardous materials must be fully and accurately disclosed and must comply with all applicable DOT, IATA, IMDG, and other regulations, including proper classification, packaging, marking, labeling, placarding, and documentation (including a current Safety Data Sheet). The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all hazmat information and for any fines, penalties, cleanup, or damages resulting from undisclosed or misdeclared hazardous materials.
9. Warehousing and Storage
Goods stored in our facilities are subject to our warehouse terms, including storage, handling, fulfillment, palletization, and related charges as quoted. Pallet and storage rates assume standard pallet dimensions unless otherwise agreed. Free-time allowances and minimums apply as stated on the applicable quote. Go Freight may assert a warehouseman’s lien on stored goods for unpaid charges to the extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Freight and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, fines, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from inaccurate shipment information, improper packaging, undisclosed hazardous materials, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
11. Force Majeure
Go Freight is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, port or terminal congestion or closures, labor disputes, equipment failure, government action, or acts of God.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at this URL governs current transactions. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
